Frequently Asked Questions
Tuggeranong Short Stay Apartments Frequently Asked Questions
Are your apartments family friendly?
Yes. At Tuggeranong Short Stay Apartments, families are most welcome. Most of our guests are families. Mum and dad with 4 kids or extended families with friends. Our apartments are set up especially for families so they can relax and enjoy without fear of constantly being told “don’t touch that”. We believe nothing spoils a family holiday more than parents having to constantly say that to their children. In fact many of our junior guests say “it is just like having a sleepover.”
Where are you located?
We are located on the top level of Four Seasons House 191-203 Anketell Street Greenway. That is in the heart of the Tuggeranong Town Centre directly opposite the South Point (formerly called the Tuggeranong Hyperdome).

Where do I park?
Subject to availability, you will be allocated a single lock up garage for the duration of your stay. We have one more apartment than we have garages, so the longer stay guests are given first priority on the garages. If we are fully booked, and you are only staying for one night, there is generally space available in the loading area and ample free overnight parking is available in the public car park adjacent to the building.
What is the latest time I can check in?
Although most guests check in during the mid to late afternoon, we a happy to assist if your schedule requires a late check-in. In extreme cases where guests have experienced unavoidable delays, we have checked guests in at 3:30 AM. We appreciate regular updates on your arrival time should you experience such delays.
What is the earliest time I can check in?
Early check-ins are sometimes available, however it is largely dependent on what time the previous guest checks out. We then need time to clean the apartment and make it ready for your stay. Keep in mind that we have the entire apartment to clean, not just a single room as in a motel. If you need an early check-in, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is the earliest time I can check out?
There is no restriction on how early you can check out. As we are an ideal half way point between Sydney and the snow fields, and also a half way point between Melbourne and Brisbane, we often have guest check in late and check out early. If they are wanting an early start to their day, it is not uncommon for guests to check out as early as 3:00 AM . Some guests just need four or five hours sleep mid-journey to stay safe.
What is the shortest stay I can book.
The shortest bookable period is one night. However the is no minimum time that you must stay. If you are travelling and just need a few hours to freshen up and get some sleep, that is totally acceptable. We have had guests that arrived at 11:00 pm and checked out at 3:30 AM.
What is the longest stay I can book?
We often have guests that stay for one or two weeks. Normally this is due to delays in construction of their new home. They have sold their old home and their new one is not ready for immediate occupation. Stays of up to three weeks are common, but we do not normally book stays of over 28 days unless we have a chat and know why.
